Norco contains 7.5 mg or 10 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen. Acetaminophen, when taken in high doses (2,000+ mg) is very harmful to the liver. Normal vicodin pills contain 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen. Norco is perscribed for severe pain. So norco contains more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff making it better and much more expensive on the streets.
