1. n. Sequential Art. (courtesy of Will Eisner.RIP)
2. n. plural in form, used with a singular verb. 1. Juxtaposed pictoral and other images in deliberate sequence, intended to convey information and/or to produce an aesthetic response in the viewer. (according to Scott McCloud's comic, "Understanding Comics." Good comic, go read it.)

Example:
I love reading comics.

Person 1: Comics are for kids!
Person 2: Only if you're narrow-minded and a retard.

Superman comics are awesome, but I also like indie comics like stuff from Oni, you know, Blue Monday and Hopeless Savages.

Short for Comic Sans MS, an overused (and ugly) computer font.

Teachers usually think that there are only three fonts: Comic, Times and Arial. It's a pain in the ass for Linux/Mac users since Comic Sans MS is a proprietary font exclusive to Microsoft Windows.

Example:
Teacher: For tomorrow, write an essay on Greek philosophers. Type it on the computer in Comic 12.

Linux user: Fuck!
