Deadlift
A classic type of weightlifting that you do to impress a person who doesn't lift, or if you wanna break your back.
Example:
Person 1: Wow you're so strong you can Deadlift 250 pounds that's crazy.
Person 2: I know right just too strong for my own good.(Only if he knew my 13 year old son Deadlifts 225 pounds.
