If u get into it I’m warning you..... you might question your sexuality after listening to kpop and looking at all the kpop idols. (Also the real definition is Korean music)

Kpop or K-pop is a short term for korean pop (popular) music. With the internet and all the new technology, a lot of countries began to know (and sometimes fall for) kpop. The korean pop artists usually have music videos (or M/Vs) with great choreography and overproduced songs, which sound incredibly dancing.
Kpop artists also have fan bases, some bigger than others, and do fan meeting, shows, concerts and might have variety programs of their own.

1 - When you first listen to kpop, you can fall into it really deep, or you can hate it (really deep, too). Sometimes you can ignore it, but usually people do one or another.

2 - Kpoppers, fans of kpop, are over dramatic sometimes and will be protective over their favorite ones. They won't go down without a fight.

It can also be known as ‘Korean Pop’, it’s pretty much korean music even though people from all around the world like it, I mean it is really catchy

A very very very dark hole that you’ll never be able to escape from , it’s short for korean pop and is filled with really good-looking singers, rappers and dancers that aren’t only korean (most of them are though)

The stages of becoming a kpop fan:

1. So you basically see a cool kpop group. You kind of dig their music video, so you watch some of their other songs.

2. You realize that you really dig kpop, so you search for some other kpop groups. And you spotify playlist goes from American to Korean.

3. You find your so called “bias group” and search for funny compilations and basically info of them. Then after a lot of compilations you find your bias.

4. You get more and more obsessed, and 99.9% procent of the pictures on your phone are kpop idols. You order A LOT of kpop merch. You now use vlive instead of youtube, and kpop videos is now the only thing you watch on your free time.

5. You realize how much kpop groups there is, and how much you need to learn. You know spend all of your time stalking kpop idols on instagram.

6. You the realize that you’re the only one in you squad that listen to kpop. You try to convince your friend to listen to kpop. But if you don’t succeed you dump all of your friends.

You then get new, kpop addicted friends.

7. You don’t got anytime left for studying. All you do is watch kpop video 24/7. You no longer hang out with your non kpop friends.

8.You start to actually belive in marrying your bias. That’s why you learn Korean. How else will you cumunticate with your husband?

Much overhated music from South Korea. A complete package with visuals, vocals, rapping, and perfect choreography.
Literally so easy to get sucked into because the idols are more than just talent and looks, they're all complete dorks who make you fall in love instantly. There's a plethora of variety shows to watch and its just all around amazing.
But as I said, most people hate it without truly knowing anything about kpop.
