Norco
A perscription, schedule III, narcotic
analgestic (pain killer)containing hydrocodone and
acetaminophen (Tylenol). Hydrocodone is actually an opiate, like heroin, that gives an amazing euphoric body high but it's also very addictive (although not nearly as addictive as heroin).
Norco is basically the same (better) as Vicodin and
Lortab except that the ratio between hydrocodone:acetaminophen is much lower, making it much better for recreational use. Norco contains 7.5 mg or 10 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen.
Acetaminophen, when taken in high doses (2,000+ mg) is very harmful to the liver. Normal vicodin pills contain 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen. Norco is perscribed for severe pain. So
norco contains more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff making it better and much more expensive on the streets. Norco pills are yellow in color, oval shaped with straight rounded sides, almost like an oval cylinder (not sure if it has a real name), there's also a cursive-looking "V" on one side and some numbers engraved on the other side with a line splitting the pill vertically.
