A term used by foreign, often incompetent, IT managers to describe an integration task or a task requiring cooperation between multiple employees.

Example:
"@employee_one, plz align with @employee_two to update new do_stuff() function from last merge."

"I failed my English classes but blew enough cocks to become a team leader, so I use 'align' instead of terms like 'work together', 'integrate into' or 'talk with'."
