A word used to describe a person who is bland, boring and/or stiff. Someone who shows no facial expressions and often times has no reaction to anything. Usually, Cardboards don Canada Goose jackets, wear their jeans around their ankles and peruse of the word "SWAGGA" excessively.

Example:
Troll 1: That guy is such a cardboard.
Troll 2: I know, I've never seen anyone as bland and expressionless as him.

The summer and spring version of winter sledding (on snow). Cardboarding takes place on a grassy, steep hill and instead of riding a plastic or metal sled, you ride a large piece of cardboard.

It may sound hella lame, but its actually quite amusing on a summer day.

The verb to describe an effect (generally negative) that results from the conversion of a 2D film in to a 3D, whereby aspects of the scene whilst having an overall sense of depth, appear more like cardboard cut-outs rather that fully depthed objects.
The effect is created by the way the rotascope 'slices' the image in to its respective 3D elements, finer slices create more depth.

Example:
I did enjoy Burton's Alice movie, but at times the cardboarding was distracting.

No, really. Cards from the Magic: The Gathering game. So called because, like crack, they are cheap but highly addictive and you never ever stop buying more, even when it's harming your job, your social life, and your health.

The term can be expanded to refer to any collectible card game, but Magic remains both the first and the best of these.

Example:
John bought another pack of cardboard crack, even though he just sold his left kidney to pay his rent. I think we need to do an intervention.
