A person who has taken too many
hard drugs and is slipping in and out of reality. Symptoms of 'flakyness' include dropping off to sleep, rolling of the eyes,
slumped body language and a refusal to do anything constructive due to drug-enduced full-body
shutdown.
Example:
Bob - "Jim, your lookin flaky man. How much have you had?"
Jim - "Ugh. Can't remember man. Nah,
lowe it.
Cba talking"
Jim passes out,
slips off his chair and collapses on the floor. He breathes lightly.

A person who is very unreliable. They commit to do things but rarely
follow through. They will seem sincere when they make a promise. And perhaps they honestly believe they can deliver. But don't be fooled, trusting a
flake will only cause you frustration and
heartache when they frequently let you down.
Example:
Andy from
Hereford promised to help with the kids during the holidays, but forgot to
organise his diary. Andy is
flaky.
Andy from Hereford promised to spend the weekend with you, but would never commit to a date. Andy is flaky.
