One of the best heavy\power metal bands ever. They sing about friends, courage, dignity and so on and after so many years they continue to create powerfull music with meaningless lyrics, but thats the charisma of the band.

A drinking game: the players listen to any song by Manowar (exept the instrumentals) and each time a word like steel, ride, glory, metal, sword, fire, kill, black, night, heart, battle, brave, brothers is being sung everyone must take a drink from the bottle of beer. Usually people pass out very quickly.

Thee most sorry excuse for a Heavy Metal band in the world. Being loud isin't enough to be truly Metal! They are the Chippendales of Power Rock, not Metal! Manowar is the nuttiest, most cornball band you'll ever see, beyond cheesey! They make the Sunset Strip bands (Motley Crue, Poison, Ratt etc.) look cool! That's how much they suck! The stupid thing about Manowar is that they actually think they play good music, but all they talk about is War, when they've never even been in one! Damn, do they suck killer whale cock! Manowar is the kind of crap that sucks so much, you wish it never came into existence! Why don't these old farts just retire! All copies of their albums, purhcased or not, should be destroyed! MANOWAR SUCKS!
