Describing to do something all the way to completion or to, if you feel as though you cannot complete, not even attempt the something. It was created accidentally.
Example:
-"I'm thinking of going to the
nightclub but I don't think I will drink. Maybe I'll
have a drink or two but everyone else will be really drunk so it
won't be that fun."
-"dude, all or n'all"
