Not as in severe weather. Severe weather would be great weather. severe can be used like cool, awesome, sexy ect.. Also unsevere can refer to someone uncool or something not appealing.

Example:

A 2006 film, under the horror-comedy genre, directed and written by Christopher Smith. It stars a widely unknown cast, consisting of Danny Dyer, Laura Harris and Tim McInnerny.
