fist-pumping
A classic guido move, newly popularized by MTV's show, The Jersey Shore. Typically involves a
juiced up, overtanned, pit-stained arm pumping rapidly and enthusiastically in response to a variety of stimuli, including but not limited to:
slammin' beats, hot sluts and other
fist pumpers.

Clenched fist
withdrawn rapidly after a feat of accomplishment.
Spread widely in the U.S. in
the 50's and 60's in the sport of Bowling.
Example:
If a
bowler could see that he was about to get a strike (knocking
all 10 pins down at once) - he would clench his fist as if holding a string that was attached to the pins. As the pins scattered he would quickly pull his fist back, acting as though his imaginary string pull caused the pins to fall.
Eventually, the Fist Pump became the gesture used on any (particularly sporting) instance of accomplishment.

an arm motion made during intense moments of musical euphoria, defined by the outward thrusting of
the fist and flexing in-between repetitions. Usually done in groups of 3 or more. Can also be done inside a moving vehicle for extra
style points and
honks from random females

1.The art or act of engaging in clenching, then rasing one fist or both fists, and pumping them rythmically or out of beat
to house/techno music. Variations include the side to side
tricep pump and the
double cross over forearm pump.
2. Going out to a social environment where this type of behavior is acceptable and the norm.
Example:
1.Bro.Fuhfugingetaboutit..once "You Don't Appreciate Me" came on at D'Jais..I was nonstop fist pumping all nite bro.
