Walkout
A method of graffiti tagging where the writer “walks out” into a high ledge along a highway. Typically a highway sign, or a train bridge that passes over the highway.walkout
When all seniors in a high school, on a random day (typically near the end of the school year), at a predetermined time, get up and walkout of class. For high school students, this act represents a final grand act of rebellion at their school, which they despise so much. The better of walkouts work smoothly, without the interference of school authorities, include a big parade that disruptes the school, and is followed by a "skip day" the following day and/or an ingenius prank. The sweetest part of a walkout is when teachers and school authorities attempt to stop it and students walk all over them.
Example:
At 2:45 today, our grade had a walkout which went off smoothly, disrupting the school, and tomorrow is our skip day.

when people walk out of school to "give sympathy for the people that died at the parkland shooting", but only participate in it as an excuse out of class.

2 for 1 walkout
When people realize that the restaurant/bistro they enter doesn't have the buy one meal and get another meal for free deal on. So they proceed to make up an excuse and leave the premises.

national walkout day
A day when students (most likely in the U.S.) walk out of there classrooms to protest gun violence. One occurred today, March 14th. It started at 10:00 am and lasted for seventeen minutes in remembrance and solidarity to the seventeen students who were killed in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. Another school walkout is planned on April 20th, the 19th anniversary of the Columbine shooting for the same purposes.
