A chick that you pick up and sleep with from a club, bar, concert, etc on the 1st night. She practically takes your order and get's it right meaning that you tell her what you want and she'll go home with you and do whatever you like.

Example:

Can be defined as a period of time when one is unable to leave a party due to severe intoxication and therefore needs the assistance of others in the aid of helping the person. A majority of the time the drunk individual will be carried horizontally by two people however, one being put on someones shoulder can be classified as well.

Example:
"Dude how was the party last night"

I dont remember man I took 19 shots of Travelers Club to the face and had to be "carried- out" of the party because I was not physically able to walk.
