A practice that started on out the west coast, possibly as part of a comedy skit; accusing someone whom you don’t like or possibly hurt your feelings of harassing you or otherwise hurting your wittle feelings. In snokflake land your feelings are paramount, if you accuse someone of hurting your wittle feelings that person loses their first amendment rights and will be presented by the snowflake media (fake news, election meddling, propaganda machine) as guilty and public shaming among SJW/snowflakes will ensue, despite no real evidence of any wrongdoing. A feminist movement that started around a case of actual harm where an actual crime was committed but quickly spiraled to false accusations for political and economic gain, petty revenge, and brief fame by changing the definition of rape from anything from actual rape to looking at a woman for more than 5 seconds. It was justified by the idea that one should believe all women, all the time, and take their words without question and their accusations without investigation.
In the process it completely discredited actual rape victims.
The movement effectively came to an end when democrats were accused of rape and MeToo activists started blaming the victims to support their political candidates.

Perhaps a noble and enabling woodcutter will come to her hapless rescue and maintain her dysfunctional behaviors and those of her daughters.
