Bus surfing

The act of attempting to ride a bus by standing in the aisle like a surfer. The goal is to stand for as long as possible without touching anything (seats, poles, people) for support. Often a competition between two people to see who can stand the longest.

Past tense verb for Bus Surfing. The act of standing in the isle way of a bus while it's moving and use your balance to keep from knocking into things like other passengers. Basically what you've been wanting to do ever since your mom made you ride the bus in elementary school.

traveling all day on different buses but not going anywhere. Get off one bus and get onto another one and hope by the end of the day your at least semi close to home. Extra points for train surfing and ferry surfing. For a 7 hour day (jigging school, you should be in and go through at least 40 suburbs. A bus pass comes in really handy for a bus surfing day. For more excitment play in teams and record how many buses you catch.Helps if you live in a well populated area.
