Made famous by the late Ronnie James Dio of Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell and Dio. Dio would often shout at the top of his lungs in parts of a song "Look out!". Best used in context with a loud raspy voice while flashing the horns. Most commonly heard when describing an impending situation or event loosely connected to Heavy Metal.
"Look out" is also a phrase used in tribute to Dio, often yelled by rockers before they down a shot, take a drink or on hearing the opening riff of a Dio song.
Example:
*shot glasses poised - "Look out!" - shot drank.

*Black Sabbath's 'Mob rules' opening riff starts - "Look out!"

"Here comes that hot metal chick again, LOOK OUT!"

Look out noise-

1. warn someone to stop talking
2. A way to tell someone to shut up because you don't care
3. Interuption used when someone is saying too much or giving too much info
Example:
1. Joe: "what happened with Jewels last night. She is so hot

Joe's girlfriend is walks up behind him
Rob loudly talking over joe: "Look out noise! "

2. Girl: "I know you have been with her! Don't lie! I saw her numb..."
Guy:look out noise

3. Jen:"What are you guys doing?"
Rob: "not shit"

Joe: "been smoking weed talking about getting some pus..."
Rob: "Look out noise!!"

When an athlete with the purpose of guarding or defending another player or area, usually an offensive lineman in football or a basketball player on defense, lets the opposing player attack the quarterback/basket without any show of push-back by the player who's supposed to protect the person or thing in need of protection; also referred to as the "lookout defense."
Example:
*defensive lineman runs right by the offensive lineman*
Offensive lineman: LOOK OUT!
*quarterback is absolutely pummeled for the sack*
ANNOUNCER: "Offensive tackle, Edwards, with the look out block on that play..."
