The Range Rover Autobiography and SVAutobiography are essentially
jacked-up Maybachs. Take the flagship model of your range and give it some fancy leather and a better sound system, and sell it for twice the price of the base model. Unlike the Maybach, I don't really get why it exists. Sure, some people might think the royal family has a few at Balmoral, but Prince William and the late Queen only fucked with the Vogue. Some people might see it as a way to get
shuttled around NYC in utmost luxury, but then again, isn't that what the
S-class is for? Personally, I don't see the appeal of an Autobiography or
ATB as Range Rover fanatics say over a full-size luxury sedan. Getting chauffeured in an SUV doesn't seem entirely right to me.
