The act if cutting a
hot pepper in half, then inserting the mouthpiece of a pipe for smoking marijuana into a half and twisting( much like
chalking up a pool cue). Then telling your friend you got the best weed ever and letting him go first. Usually
effecting the next 1-3 in line as well before the first smoker notices something is wrong.
Example:
While joe was distracted at the party, mike broke out a
jalapeño pepper and his bowl and
chalked it up. Joe then got the honor of starting the bowl off. The bowl got to the 4th in line just as joe realized his lips were burning. Joe will NEVER forget being
