A game wich is usually played after getting high, where evryone sits in a circle(usually the same one as the one used to smoke) and a bag of chips is passed from one person to the next after that person has grabbed a chip (and says "Chip"), and then grabs a second chip(also after saying "Chip").
Example:
Hungz: Yo man, I'm soooo hungry pass me that bag of chips
G-sny guy(Jibs): Nah man you gotta wait im only on my first chip.
Mario: Damn, I've been holding this paper for an hour and forgot to roll it.
Johno: Fuck chip chip pass is a terrific game.

A reference to someone who, when high on ecstasy and alcohol, orders a plate of chips from room service at 4am, then proceeds to eat only half the chips, and consequently falls asleep with chips stuck to his beard.
Example:
"Paul, don't fall asleep or you may roll in your chips, then you will be beardy beardy chip chip"

"You have chips stuck to your beard, you are beardy beardy chip chip"
