Fainting and experiencing
extreme pleasure activates similar pathways, as the body starts to ignore or shut down certain parts of the body to focus on pleasurable sensation. Your eye muscles lose
tension (since you don't need your eyes to orgasm), so your eye naturally rolls back.
Eye roll

An expression for disappointment meant to be used as a facial expression, not an actual saying. But
low speed people still say "Eye roll" even if it is perfectly in their capacity to just roll their eyes. Also, the term has a hidden sexual
connotation, and therefore, should not be used as a
part of speech.
Example:
Luis: I forgot my
math homework!
Rita:
EYE ROLL!
Luis: Woah...no I do not want to have sexual relationships with you behind your boyfriends back, don't be gross....

Agile Eye Rolling
by JasonM on May 19, 2008 19:16:18
Giving the indication of an immediate discredit of someone's ideas on software
development by the rolling of eyes. Often the presenter of an idea is using
Agile concepts or is known as someone who believes in Agile software development
Example:
Dave (who is a big fan of
Agile development) talking to Ken (who thinks Agile is a bunch of ceremony with no substance) says "Hey Ken, it seems like we need to focus more on
the CI results so we can make sure we have a potentially shippable product at the end of our sprint". Ken immediately slouches in his chair and gives the
agile eye rolling as if to say with body language "oh great, more Agile whooey from Dave"
