They would sooner destroy the company and there co workers than take blame for something themselves Generally blurted out when a person realizes they havent done there job properly and use the phase to take blame off them selves and poke fun at the issue at hand

When you want to do something spontaneous and need an excuse to do so, yet people who are genuinely "sad and depressed" do not usually act on a whim.

Example:
Person A: I am sad and depressed. Now I shall do a lip-sync on TikTok.
Person B: ...oh really now?
