225 Club
A term originating from the bro-science side of bodybuilding. In order to join this exclusive club, you must perform 10 repetitions of 225lbs (2
45's on each side) on a flat bench press. These repetitions MUST be done with
GOOD FORM and at a MODERATE SPEED. Your
spotter cannot help you at all. There's no actual "club" per se, but the club is just being able to tell someone you're in it.
