The 2008 Obama for America New Mexico Field Team battle cry, adopted in honor of then Democratic National Committee chairman, Howard Dean, and used to celebrate major victories, milestones, and demonstrations of overwhelming force.

Example:
HQ: "Region 1, are you on the call?"
Region 1: "BYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
HQ: "Region 2, are you on the call?"
Region 2: "BYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
HQ: "Region 3, are you on the call?"
