a party who for whatever reason isn't drinking. It is the person who takes care of the people who are totally gone.
Example:
Person 1:"I heard last night was
pretty crazy. Do you even remember much of it?"
Person 2:"Yea, I was the DSP. I sure
had to take care of a lot of people last night."
