Music Video
A video which is meant to be released with a single from a CD, in which the artist appears and sings/plays the song while other events occur.
Music videos are notorious for containing incredibly large amounts of
product placement, such as phones, drinks, perfumes, or websites (
Plentyoffish is among the most infamous).

Me:
jesus shit! none of these songs are good. they're all produced by record companies who focus on making the music videos
flashy over the audio content.
Guy: that's not true! ...

music video sex
by LolaMonroe on Sep 18, 2010 03:08:29
When two people are 'involved' with each other publicly, but you never see anything
explicit.
The term comes from most
music videos that have romantic scenes. Many body parts are shown very
briefly, yet nothing is revealed fully.
Example:
Jill: Hey, did you see
Kim and Joe getting 'friendly' last night?
John: Yeah, but nothing
actually happened. It was just music video sex.

A director hired mainly for his vision and ability to place and
execute stunning visual images, stories and actions into the
short time frame of a song. Usually considered as short films lead by musical tracks rather than
dialogue.
anime music video

A video clip made by editing many cut scenes from one or more animes fit to some catchy MP3 song. The song is an important choice - it's either in English or in Japanese and the AMV creator should be familiar with it's words to make
the scenes match the song text.
The scenes shouldn't contain any subtitles and be of good quality, as otherwise
the creator's efforts are half wasted. Many newbies even forget to turn off the
DIVX logo - especially annoying, when it appears on every cut.
The resulting music video is a self-contained story and can really entertain you if made properly - it's sometimes even better than the song's original live clip.
