Napoleon Complex
A short person who feels inferior because of their size. They tend to
take it out on other people and
thrive on power
trips. Shouting at others, especially when they are in a position of power, is common. Side affects include short temper, power trips/power-hungriness, anger issues, and often a bad sense of humor.

Guys with small stature and penises so they try to make up for it by being an
control freak asshole to everyone especially women but really in the end, all they succeed in is showing their
inferiority complex. Example: Mark

A term based in prejudice and discrimination, that has been proven by science and
psychology to be a myth and a stereotype as tall men are as likely to exhibit many, if not all, of the same traits. The name is also a
misnomer because
Napoleon was actually of average to above average height for his time.

The measure of psychological driven overcompensation for weakness in key areas, used traditionally as tongue-in-cheek reference to small statue or laughable genital areas as fuel for
Napoleon's war lust. Currently applies to overly defensive men who treat women in the workplace in a sexist manner because they fantasize about a non-coed existence telling themselves technology is a male dominated industry thus excusable behavior. Applies to most
devops professionals who bring beer instead of talent and usually wear feminist t-shirts for irony and gaslighting while namedropping and mansplaining just about everything.
Is reference to an inferiority complex that manifests as an
ego problem.
Example:
"All that
vlogger is really doing is making fun of mentally handicapped people and acting like Rick from Rick and Morty to hide his insecurities and Napoleon Complex."
"
Digital Transformation taking credit for people using the internet during a
global pandemic is a prime example of a deeply rooted Napoleon Complex."

A term used to describe a person with below average height, but has another strength to
make up for their
flaw(s). This term comes from the fact that
Napoleon was a short man, but a famous military and political leader.

Mark Van Vugt found evidence that when short males received
clues that they were physically outcompete by other males, that
a Napoleon complex tended to
kick in. If that were true, couldn't a guy with a Napoleon complex just destroy the evidence of it by trying to outcompete another male opponent the same way? And wouldn't that make everything a little bit darker and more difficult to determine who had a Napoleon Complex and who didn't (male or female, since his study wasn't conducted on females) ?
Example:
Napoleon Complex is two words anybody can choose to describe anybody else with, regardless of their physical size, strength, ability, intelligence, or any other
attribute. I can do it,
you can do it, it's just talk.

An insanity that usually affects people of small stature. People with
napoleonic complex are easily intimidated by tall, muscular people. To make themselves feel 'bigger', they in turn pick on taller, muscular people.
Also called
Short Man Syndrome.
Napoleonic Complex was named after the french emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, who overcompensated for his short stature by waging war, often for no reason (???). French people seem to be the main victims of this condition, as
Nicolas Sarkozy appears to have it as well.
Example:
Angie, who was
6 feet tall at the age of 12, was frequently made fun of by pretty much everyone under the height of 4'11''. to
make the most of the situation, she informed
the shorties that their anger wasn't their fault, they were simply victims of the Napoleonic Complex.
