Someone who constantly says things, but never demonstrates they mean it with their actions. They can easily convince other people based on their words alone. They are manipulative. In many situations, their actions go against the words they have said, but since they are so good at
getting around things with their words, they can talk their way out of it. They are very shallow. They cannot be trusted and lead
deceptive lives. Their words and actions never
line up with each other.

A person, often a stranger, who feels the need to talk to you, or anyone around them. They are often annoying and enjoy talking about the weather. Their favorite people to talk to are the ones standing in front of them in line, usually at a grocery store,
gas station,
post office etc. They are also usually
easy to see coming.
Example:
"Sorry I was late, I ran into a
talker at
AmPm."
"It's going to be raining in exactly 23 days... A talker told me."
"Greg is such a talker, he's been
in the post office for an hour!"

When a group of 3 -
6 people are all talking, and non of the group is listening, they are said to be 'Talkering' ; Talkering is more common with groups of young children, or the older population.
It has been
scientifically proven that alcohol increases the
likelihood of a Talkering situation.

A person who when cumming will suddenly start talking incessantly. Variations here-within include:
Tellers - Those who feel the need to say they are and/or are about to cum.
Smashers - Those who uncontrollably start to verbally abuse the person they're with.
Baby-ers - Those who suddenly speak in baby-talk.
Losers - Those who find it necessary to declare they just fucked their partner or similar
declaration of manhood.
Schizo - One who will randomly start reciting
Shakespeare or similar oddities.
Example:
