“One hundred and six” (106), is a nickname by which homosexuals are known in Algeria, and it is the same number that one of the actors mentioned when he disguised himself as a woman in a comic manner, in reference to one of the hotel rooms in which the story of the movie “The Inspector Taher's Vacation” took place, directed by Moussa Haddad in 1973.
