Kids who were born between 1992-2001, and therefore spent a majority of their childhood years in the 00s. This group can be seen as the Gen Y/Z transition. All of them graduated from high school and reached adulthood in the 2010s. They grew up during the transition from analog to digital technology. They grew up with consoles such as the GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameBoy. They also grew up playing games such as Neopets and MyScene.

Kids who were born between 1992-2001, therefore spending a majority of their childhood in the 00s. These kids were the last to spend their childhood without iPads and iPhones, but iPods and flip phones were largely popular during their childhood. They may be the last to remember VHS. They played games such as Neopets, Webkinz, and MyScene.

2010’s kid: I miss playing games on my iPad!

2000’s kid: I didn’t grow up with iPads as a kid. I mostly played computer games.

1994 - Early 2000's Kid
1995 - Early 2000's Kid
1996 - Early/Mid 2000's Kid
1997 - Early/Mid 2000's Kid
1998 - Mid 2000's Kid

2000 - Mid/Late 2000's Kid
2001 - Late 2000's Kid
2002 - Late 2000's / Early 2010's Kid
2003 - Late 2000's / Early 2010's Kid

So that means, If you are born between 1994-2001 then you are a 2000's Kid.
If you are born in the 2nd and 3rd year, that makes you a hybrid.

Example:
Ex. I was born in 1998 so that makes me a Mid 2000's Kid since I was at my Middle childhood in 2004-2006 which was during the Mid 2000's.

Ex 2. My brother was born in 2001 so his Middle childhood was in 2007-2009 which makes him a full Late 2010's Kid.

Ex 3. My friend was born in 1999 so that makes him a Mid/Late 2000's Kid since his two peak childhood years were in 2005-2006 which was during the Mid 2000's and one Middle childhood year in 2007 which was the Late 2000's.

Ex 4. My cousin was born in 2003 so that means he had 1 Middle childhood year in the Late 2000's which was 2009 and 2 Middle childhood years in the early 2010's which was 2010-2011. So that makes my cousin a Hybrid of the 2000's/2010's.

Anyone born between 1995-2005. (Preferably 1997-2003 as they would’ve spent all of their childhood in the 2000’s and can remember doing so.)

These kids experienced the evolution and creation of all modern technology, making it to where they can live without it, unlike the current young generation (generation Alpha) that were born AFTER they were created.

2000’s kids grew up with Gamecubes, OG Xbox’s, PS2s, Wii’s, and many more of some of the highest selling video game consoles EVER. They also experienced Nickelodeon in its prime (1992-2012).

It’s commonly said that 2000’s kids had the best childhood in terms of entertainment.

i personally think a 2000‘s kid is someone born from the years of 1999-2007 because we mostly all grew up having the same things.

The 2000’s kid is any child that grew up and had a concept of life beginning in the 2000’s usually born from 1998-2004. These kids will remember TV shows like: Blues Clues, The backyardigans, Dora the explorer, wow wow wubbzy, yo gaba gaba, and Phineas and Ferb. They also grew up around the time the Wii was made. Being children of the Wii, these kids usually have an affinity to Mario Kart, and Wii sports.
