GUV
Acronym for Ghetto
Utility Vehicle. Years ago when
gas prices went up everybody stopped buying the big Buicks and such, opting instead for smaller cars, with the larger cars then going to poorer neighborhoods occupied by people with shorter drives and/or less up front buying power. Now the same seems to be happening with SUVs, leading to the name GUVs, or Ghetto Utility Vehicles.

South Amboy Middle High School. The School is referred to as the South Amboy Governors or "Guvs" for short. Guvs are a special breed of people with a very unique bond between them called
guv luv. You can never get between two guvs for together they are a force to be reckoned with.
Example:
"Bro,
never forget to

goodnight."
"A: Are you going to the game later? B: Of course, anything to go support my guvs!"
