This is a term used primarily in prisons regarding skineheads, {aryans}, Nazis and just plain out white boys.
It started out as a derogatory word used by the African Americans in the South to refer to white men, but the white men eventually picked it up and started using it for theirselves.

A person of predominantly European descent that isn't ashamed of their pride in regards to their ethnicity/culture. Often times used by African-Americans as a derogatory term to describe an 'openly racist' white person.

Also known as a "fucking yee-haw." He loves lynching black people and is haunted forever by the African-Americans who return from the dead to mess with him in his dreams/nightmares.
