hairbrush challenge
A "challenge" (see
cinnamon challenge ) that is mostly practiced in the Western to Midwestern United States. The task for
the challenger is to slap themselves or have someone slap them on the ass with the flat side of a
hairbrush (aka not the bristles). In some situations it may be the face that is slapped, but this is dangerous and can cause injury and is generally not recommended. In most cases a plastic hairbrush is used, but if you are a particularly brave man or women you may choose to use a wooden one.
