A Jiggaboo is normally refered to as a black person who is always ghetto. someone with big nose and lips, with nappy hair, greasy, nasty and most the time dark as coal.

Example:
ay, do u be ceein dem otha jiggaboo wulkin downa striit. dey her be bits nappy n greasy. dey be jumpin and wulkin da striit.
