This is a variation of the Clevelnad Steamer, the main difference is that when trying to deficate solid fecal matter square in the center of the recipients chest, a series of gaseous diarrhea like shit filled squirts exit the rectum. It is the force of the gases exspelling intermittent shots of runny shit on top of each other that causes this "skipping" effect.
