One who follows the "neo-con" subsect of the American conservative political wing. A Neo Conservative generally favors hawkish foreign agendas and overt militarization due to their core purpose of promoting American supremacy overseas and their disgustingly retarded and simplistic belief that any given situation can be resolved with aggression (see: wordIraq/word). Due to their unabashed shortsightedness, they are considered ignorant buffoons by other conservatives. Especially so by the wordpaleoconservatives/word.

When it comes to domestic affairs, however, Neo Conservatives aren't nearly as decisive. In fact, they're totally impotent and ineffectual.

Person who practices 1960s hedonism in his/her personal life, but abolishes all the hard parts (social responsibility) of that decade's cause. Normally a chicken hawk, as well. Often uses drugs but wants to spend $37,000/year of taxpayer money to ruin the lives of poorer people who do the same.

Neoconservative is a movement in the United States, started by political visionary Irving Kristol, that consists of former socialists who saw the truly parasitic evil that socialism represents. They then became "former liberals mugged by reality". During the cold war, Neocons represented an important ideological bloc against communist aggression from the Soviet Union and genocidal China. Neoconservatives believe in spreading modern enlightened values and democratic ideals across the world, if necessary, by military intervention. They have made some mistakes, like the Iraq war, but they are still an important and decent political movement. Their domestic policies don't have any particular ideological tilt, but they are mainly involved in US foreign policy. Leftist idiots and morons often attack and insult neoconservatives, but that's because socialists and liberals are suicidally anti-social.

Economically, Neoconservatives believe in fair trade and free market economy, so they support NAFTA. Neoconservatives are very powerful, and have a lot of influence in the White House. Also called neo-con, this political philosophy is a combination of liberal and traditional conservative views.

On domestic issues, Neocons say they are for limited government, free market solutions and things like that. However, when non-interventionist tactics do not yield the result they want, they have no qualms about using government power to garner the desired result.

For foreign policy issues, they tend to refrain from using diplomacy. Neocons tend to participate in nation-building in the attempt to set up desired governments in other countries. They claim to support liberal democracies and human rights abroad but generally are more than willing to abandon this goal if it won't create the desired effect. Neocons usually want to use massive military force to solve most international issues despite the fact that very few of them have ever served.

Neocons see the world in binary, good vs evil and us vs them, terms. They are generally upper middle and upper class white people with college educations (ie the stereotypical WASP) but there is also a strong neocon segment among poor whites with little education (ie the stereotypical redneck). Tending to be socially conservative, they often belong to evangelical Protestant Christian churches and claim to have strong moral values. They love the status-quo.

Neoconservatives believe in forcibly seizing the livelihood of Americans, under threat of abduction and imprisonment by the IRS, and the transfer of said earnings to foreigners, for instance, residents of the fanatically Islamic anti-American terror-state of Iraq—a nation in which more than 85% of the general public supported 9/11.

The Iraqi general public are enemies (and hate Americans so much they want us to die in a fire - polls show more than 85% of Iraqis supported the 9/11 attacks). Giving aid and comfort to enemies constitutes treason as clearly defined by the Constitution. Without exaggeration, neocons, that believe in theft of American livelihoods, and the subsequent spending of said earnings on elections, public services, building schools etc. for our enemies (the Iraqis), are traitors and should be executed as such.
