from what I have been told; you bust into your own house with a ski mask or a
stocking brandishing a knife, gun, club or any
blunt object and throw your wife, girfirend or female friends onto bed, floor, or furniture. Rip their clothing off and have sex with them. Never revealing your identity until after the action is finished.

A robber steals with force,
brutality and
intimidation. Unlike a thief, who often times does not come to contact with the person he/she steals from. More of an
assailant then anything.
Example:
See that boy? his
baggy pants do hide a
bludgeon, and his hood serves him as a
crude disguise. The boy aspires to be a robber.
