Verb:The socially accepted use of sexual self relief to relax at any hour of the day in the absence of, for example, a cigarette break at work. Usually done in the privacy of a designated public "rubbin' stall".

When used in the hyphenated suffix form, x-rub (e.g., couch-rub, truck-rub, toothbrush-rub) denotes a location/activity-specific instance of (predominantly) outer-clothing massaging concentrated in erogenous zones.

The term used when a male gives the female a massage just because he wants to and thinks thats the least she deserves. Rub rub will normally go on for about 1 hour, maybe 2 hours, depending on how fast the female falls asleep.
