Deltarune is a role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a human, Kris, in a world where monsters live on the surface of the Earth. Kris and a classmate named Susie fall from Earth into a place called the “Dark World” where they meet Ralsei, who informs them that they are heroes destined to restore balance to the world. The players meet various beings who call themselves Darkners during a prophesied quest to seal the dark fountain. Mainly through the combat system, the player navigates through different kinds of bullet hell attacks by enemies, which can be resolved peacefully or through violence. The first chapter of the game was released on October 31, 2018 for Microsoft Windows and macOS. The game's graphics are reminiscent of 16-bit Japanese role-playing games such as EarthBoundand Chrono Trigger. 1

Giving your fanbase a 24 hour embargo on posting footage of your newest game online.
Seeing how the internet is and how people online be sometimes, this is an inevitable failure.

Named after Toby Fox's Deltarune, upon whose release Toby told fans to not post any footage of Deltarune for 24 hours, which failed miserably, as numerous gameplay videos and screenshots were quickly uploaded.
Example:
Person A: "The devs asked to not post footage for the next 24 hours."
Person B: "Do they not know that Deltaruning is pointless?? It's still gonna be posted somewhere, surely."

The main character and the one we can control on DELTARUNE, a game created by the well known indie developer Toby fox, who is also known because of UNDERTALE, another game he created and that made internet go boom
Kris is a silent character, with an unknown gender that is the leader in the party, they also seem to know about our existence and they are probably about to kick our asses when they leave us
