exclamation of the word hi, said especially in an over-excited way!! Also said when having sun tan lotion put on your back...

Example:
(sun tan lotion being put on...) lower (so hand goes lower), left (so hand goes left), right (so hand goes right) higher (so HIGHER is said and hand is left where it is) leading to a great fit of giggles!!

To ask somone to think again. From the British Television game show Play Your Cards Right where contestants had to guess if the next card turned up was higher or lower than the previous card. A slow contestant with a 2 of Clubs might say "lower?" and the audience would scream "HIGHER!!".

Example:
Friend: Want to go to Mulligan's for a pint?
No. 1: Higher.
Friend: Why? They love us in Mulligan's.
No. 1: Higher, I got thrown out last night.

1) When one becomes drowsy from hitting the weed too hard. It is a combination of the words, "high" and, "tired".

2) When one must put his/her boss under the influence of narcotics, usually in an interview, in order to acquire the job they're applying for.

Example:

A noob that can't figure out how to play a game no matter how hard they try, Their posts on the game's forum either include changes to fit their style of play or how they have mastered the art of losing. You can tell if someone is a Higher Game if they complain that the AI is to hard or if the praise the AI at being almost Human.

Example:
Higher Game is mostly found on the Civ3 and Wesnoth forums spreading ingnorance.
