When you post something on an internet forum or message board with the intent of changing it after a few replies have already been posted. It's usually changed to something that implies homosexuality among the now self-incriminating replies.

adding effects to videos/photos, but you make those effects yourself. for example, if you use pre-made transitions/effects. that’s not real editing. (like capcut or qr code’s on videostar) editing is making your effects/transitions from scratch and adding it to a video/photo. if your using someone else’s qr code’s, you didn’t make that transition/effect, you didn’t edit that transition/effect to get that outcome. therefore using pre-made transitions isn’t editing.

i’m editing mary saotome on after effects right now.

An Editation is like editing in that it involves something being changed. However, when editing it does not imply editing a whole thing, whereas an Editation does.

Example:
Steve: I've just finished the seventh Editation of my novel! If my agent makes me do one more Editation...
