The act of washing one's genetallia in the wash basin. usually done when there is no time to shower, pre or post coitus.
seen sometimes as an emergency wash.
Example:
The wife came home early last night. had to have a quick sinkie so she couldn't taste the babysitter.

On a day to day basis, i would say a sinky is the kind of human that you would avoid becoming, it is not hard to do so and you could in future literally be just like a sinky ... gaining a severe case of facebook fever , skipping showers, SAGGING etc..

Usually used by males, it is an act that is a lot more convenient, clean, and environmentally friendly than using the toilet.

Flushing a toilet uses about 1.5 gallons or almost 7 liters of water. Doing this 4 times a day uses 6 gallons, or about 28 liters of water a day.

Also, cleaning oneself can be done much easier by hittin a sinky.
Example:
Person A: Hey man I need to piss, where's your toilet?
Person B: Bathroom is down the hall but the toilet is broken so hit a sinky.
