Toolbag
A
crossbreed between a tool and a douchebag. A
toolbag would like the Black Eyed Peas, like a tool would, and Nickleback, like a douchebag would. They would also like
Kid Rock, like both a tool and a douchebag would.
Toolbag can also refer to someone who is beyond being just a tool.

A Completely
Useless Person.
-This goes far beyond being a so called "tool"...at a least a tool, the object itself, can be useful. Whereas a Toolbag is completely Useless apart from Holding 'tools' Itself.
-Kind of like designing a shovel that would stand up by itself,...instead of a person standing there "holding
the shovel up" and watching the other person working.
-A
Meat-Head
Example:
Are you going to do something besides stand there like a
toolbag today?
Hey,
Toolbag!?...
What a complete Toolbag.
That guy couldn't punch his way out of
a wet paper bag he's such a toolbag.

A word with literally no meaning at all. It is
supposed to be an insult, but it fails consistently. It actually has a reversed result and makes the
insulter look worse than the individual being
insulted.

An individual whose
ineptitude, idiocy, and lack of personal hygiene sets them far
above and beyond a mere "tool"...only a full "
bag of tools" is sufficient to describe their personal defects.
