A person who identifies as a boy (cis or not.) That wears feminine clothing and often acts feminine to fit the style.

A femboy has essentially internalized these feminine interests and appropriated it for their own self-expression. Femboys may find huge interest in makeup, feminine clothing, and nail polishes. Femboys may also be fond of other girly stuff like knitting, shōjo manga or boy bands. You can tell that somebody is a femboy when they are equally as zealous (or knowledgable) about the feminine interest as a typical girl would be.
