well what i think it is a person who thinks of what could be and how it is built and what is the reaction of that item and how it could effect the people and the earth and what are the steps to build that item from now to there

Futuristic Dystopia
A noun used in reference to many science fiction (sci-fi) books that involve topics like a perfect world. For example, it may involve the use of euthanasia (for killing) those who do not fit into the societies of the settings there. It may also be about a book with characters following a seemingly corrupted government in which orders people to give them their life partners (spouses), jobs, children, and more. It may talk about slaves that were born solely for work outside of the settings and disposed of after their work is over with in the world. Usually used as a new genre term or a category of fiction books.
