A command given to someone who needs to get his or her shit together. In a sports context, often said to one whose head isn't in the game, or who is playing erratically. In social situations, said to someone who is acting really strange or being embarrassing.

Example:
Fresh whip, you tryna lock it up with my evo? We are throwing $50's.

You wanna lock it up tonight at 8:00? Everyone will be there.

All these civics are trying to lock it up and they know they can't win.

A phrase used when one has lost control or is showing crazy symptoms; whether that is just in a social situation or when dating someone.

If you can't stop talking about someone, lock it up!
If you are making a fool of yourself in public, lock it up!
Just generally, if you are sucking, LOCK IT UP!

Example:
"Omg, I know we went on one date, but I think he's the one"

Example:
Sue: Did you hear what she said?
Sue: I'm gong to kill her!

Sue: Am i really getting fat?
Sue: What time did she say it?
Sue: Are you sure she knows we did it?

David: {Grabs Torres's helmet} "Hey, look at me! You lock it up right now! Don't be a fat fuck today finish the fuckin drill."

(David walks back to the line)
