Alison was the most popular, and prettiest girl at Rosewood High, but she was actually a bitch who made fun of everybody. She believed in that secrets brought people closer, and therefor knew all of Aria's, Spencer's, Emily's, and Hanna's secrets. And after mysteriously disappearing a year ago, the 4 besties get texts from an all-knowing A who knows their dark secrets, blackmails them, and seems to know exactly what their next move will be. They cannot go to the police about A, because A knows things that they don't want the police to know. This show is the perfect dose of romance, humor, mystery, and suspense. It's pretty addictive.

An amazing and captivating book series by Sarah Sheppard. The books are not only filled with amazing plot and suspense but are also quite addictive. However, this book series (like many others of its kind) was completely butchered when it arrived on the TV. Not only did ABC family completely mess up the character's appearances (which threw avid PLL fans off) but they also made major changes to the plot that completely ruin the storyline.

Pretty Little Liars is the best tv show ever! Girls Mostly tend to like it, people who tend to like it more are around 12-18 and there names are most likely to start with a L example, LEAH.
