an instrumental progression as defined by people who don't know how to play an instrument.

Some how the root (1) has shifted to a zero (0) and we're left with an anomalous gap between the new root (0) and the second note a.k.a the supertonic (2). This, of course, is used to insult beginner musicians who are just learning triads and scale degrees, but unironically shows the lack of knowledge of those using said insult.

Commonly used phrase in Hypixel and Hypixel-related communities to represent something having an undetermined amount of time, that's likely to almost never happen or take a very long time.

It is said to have originated from the "Wizard Tower" of Hypixel SkyBlock where the NPC there has been replying with the dialogue: "Hmm...something appears to be broken. Give me 3-5 business days to fix!" for the past ~2.5 years and counting.

Example:
Friend: "When is x coming out?"
Me: "3-5 Business Days"
