A Thousand Suns
A Thousand Suns, an album released by nu metal band Linkin Park, is a concept album about industrialism and the rise of the machine. The music is far different in style than past albums (Hybrid Theory, Meteora,
Minutes to Midnight), but the lyrics have the same emotional depth as before. The music is
clamer and more serene, and the song 'Iridescent' has been played in "
Transformers: Dark of the Moon", though it was hardly recognizable considering past tracks. This newest album is profound and far more meaningful, sending a clear message of individuality and hardship.

Linkin Park's fourth studio album, released on September 14, 2010. The musical style is TOTALLY different from their
older stuff. If you are a fan of Hybrid Theory and Meteora, but not a big fan of
Minutes to Midnight, you may or may not like the new album. One song actually has Chester rapping. The Catalyst is the best song on the album, in my opinion.
Example:
Guy 1: Did you hear about
Linkin Park's new album, A Thousand Suns?
Guy 2: Yeah, it sucks.
Guy 1: I like it. But if you don't like it,
that's fine. Your entitled to your opinion, and I won't force mine onto you.
Guy 2: Okay, thanks. Same to you. I prefer Linkin Park's old stuff.
Guy 1: I agree!
LP's old stuff was the BEAST!

Linkin Park's 2010 CD "A Thousand Suns" is a 4.75" polycarbonate piece of dog crap, and the most repulsive product ever produced by
modern man. Each of its fifteen tracks is an amalgam of incessant whining, superficial liberalism, non-melodic political banter, and completely uninspired electronic gibberish that defies the term 'music'. If by 2012 the band's six members are not tried in
The Hague for crimes against humanity, vigilantes must take action before Linkin Park can be allowed to release yet another travesty of incomprehensible proportions upon the masses of unsuspecting humanity.
