An exclamation utilized when you're angry, upset, annoyed or simply feeling random. It is frequently abbreviated as "BOMF!". The shorter variant, "Balls!" is also used, and can also double as a noun (synonymous to bullshit or crap).

Example:
Tom walked into the room and suddenly yelled,"Balls on my FACE!"
Leslie giggled and said, "What happened this time?"
Tom waved the paper in his hand. "I totally just failed my Orgo exam!"

Balls In My Face
The phrase 'Balls In My Face' is a slang term which refers to the lack of "action" or attention from the opposite sex. This term can be used by both sexes though it is generally regarded as a term for conversation between males. A proper use of the term "Balls in My Face" can be phrased; "Last night I tried to take this girl home but I got balls in my face" This example refers to a girl who refuses to sleep with or commit sexual acts with a male and goes home instead. Balls in my face is also a term that can used to describe an extended period of time when a male or female doesn't receive sexual gratification from the opposite sex. An example is as follows. Person 1: Dude, how has the luck with the ladies been?" Person 2: "Lately, i have had balls in my face"
Furthermore, "Balls in my face" can also be used as an insult. For example Person 1 says to person 2: "Hey Eli....you have balls in your face and your your skills with the women are poor"

Example:
